At Third Street Promenade today I was finally overcome by the delicious smells of soaps and bath products at the Lush USA store!

I stopped in and bought 2 types of solid shampoo bars and also their solid conditioner bar: the squeaky green shampoo bar (pictured right) with rosemary and the soak and float bar with the “antimicrobial” effects. This one’s got tar in it, so the lavender helps with the strong odor. This smells much better than the Jason brand anti-dandruff shampoo with sulfur (that one is super pungent I feel as if green vapors were coming up from the bottle) sold at Whole Foods.

The person who rang up my order was super nice, and he even remembered that I should get a free container tin for my shampoo bar because I bought 2. Then he threw in a sample of the ocean salt facial scrub.

I can’t wait to try these out!
