We were at the Chicken Shack getting some awesome Pesto Saltado and we were driving down Aviation ave when we saw this LONG line of people lined up for this “Grilled Cheese Truck”!

We came home and checked out The Grilled Cheese Truck – and wow – this puppy opens at 7:30pm and by 6:45pm there was already a line of at least 10 people?! On Yelp the universal feedback has been incredibly long lines. I guess the food must be awesome if people are willing to wait that long.

Oh I love that they put pictures on the menu – so yummy looking!
