We drive past the Shell Gas Station in Manhattan Beach, at the corner of Sepulveda and Manhattan Beach Boulevard, at least a couple of times a week. Over the weekend, owner Steve Grossi put up this humorous sign when he ran out of gas to sell. Shell is selling the property. Grossi has operated the station for over a decade.
