Aside from the “accident” qualifier, businesses in general can do well to offer a similar list of guarantees for their customers.

Silvers Law Offices wants to offer you their experience and reputation, tells you how they’re different over other law firms, and overviews how they plan to win your case. What I found most interesting are the links that are located at the very bottom of the page – easily missed unless you scroll all the way down. There you will find web resources to other personal injury lawyers in other states (I’m not sure what business affiliations there may be), a page that describes the different types of accidents based on Silvers’ practice areas and links to Silvers’ other websites (similar template to the main site, I love the picture of Silvers’ on a Harley), and Top 10 things you need to do if you’re ever involved in an accident (#2: Do not speak to the insurance carrier of the other person involved in the accident). Silvers’ also has a running list of personal injury news that lists both his recent case wins as well as links to articles on hiring a personal injury attorney.

Personal injury attorneys aren’t portrayed in a flattering light in the media, and some of the television commercials that I’ve seen from personal injury attorneys fuel this stereotype. It’s nice to see a website like Michael H. Silvers Law Offices that provides information for consumers rather than full-blown ad copies for the law firm.
