Investing in Overseas Property?

Southbayblogs.com was asked to review Property Mart Overseas, a portal that has tens of thousands of property listings worldwide, and apparently a wide audience – the website claims to generate 5 million hits a month. Some of those who have watched the year 2003 movie “Under the Tuscan Sun” may be intrigued by the idea of buying a home outside the US. While in the movie, the main character purchased a “fixer” Italian villa on a whim, many Southern Californians may be interested in investing in either an overseas property or purchasing a vacation home in countries like France, Spain, or Hungary.
